Miami Sudbury School’s Staff Member: Community & Systems Coordinator

Our beloved staff members Nick and Alyssa are moving on to new adventures in Tennessee, and we’re beginning the search for a new full-time staff member to join our community.

This is not a traditional teaching position — at Miami Sudbury School, students and staff share responsibility for running the school and shaping daily life. We’re looking for someone who believes in self-directed education, values freedom with responsibility, and enjoys both community engagement and behind-the-scenes systems work.
